Your one stop shop for bulk dried wild morel mushrooms. Yukon Morel Adventure is CFIA certified, and I hold a valid SFC license, and a commercial Yukon morel mushroom picking permit. Whether you supply morels to restaurants, or retail them yourself, I can supply to you. Wild harvested from previous year's forest fires, my mushrooms are top quality, and hand picked in the Yukon. Sun dried then finished in a clean electric dehydrator at 50°C until %100 dry.
Common Morels (Morchella Esculenta) grows in the wild generally only for a few weeks in early summer in the northern hemisphere. What makes morels even more special is that they mostly only pop up in the area of a forest fire of the previous year. Their earthy, nutty, meaty flavor and interesting appearance makes them one of the world's most special delicacies.
